An autopsy has been scheduled Sunday for an Aliso Viejo man who died after collapsing onto his surfboard near Camp Pendleton.
Charles Solon Todd Jr., 63, was surfing at Surf Beach Saturday morning when witnesses say he rode a wave to the shore, sat on his board and collapsed. Bystanders pulled Todd from the water before help could arrive, San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office said.
